you get my respect and
you get to judge me.

Who's the one who's always ignoring her
and totally don't even show any forms of visible communiciations with her
other than
"please wake me up at 6, thank you."
let along say,
exhibit signs of concerns for her.

And by the way money does not make up for time and effort
invested in a r/s.
You're only in her life in the monetary sense, your presence is largely invisible.
I told her I could do the same thing as you
and she broke down.
So, look at how good your method of compensation is doing.

Self-reflection is the first thing that you guys should do before
you judge.
Respect has to be earned through actions
not big talk
mind you.

Too busy and having no time are not valid excuses.
It just goes to show how low she is on your list of priorities.
